Refund policy

We believe in transparency and want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled when you purchase DVDs or Blu-rays from our store.

Due to the nature of media products, we accept returns only for items that are defective. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility – Defective Items Only

We accept returns only for DVDs or Blu-rays that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Scratched
  • Unplayable
  • Otherwise defective

If your item meets one of the above conditions, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, or
  • An exchange (subject to availability)

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage

Important Notice About Sealed Items

DVDs and Blu-rays that are unopened or factory-sealed cannot be verified as defective without being opened.
For this reason, unopened items are not eligible for return unless a defect is confirmed after opening.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • DVDs or Blu-rays that have been opened and are not defective
  • Items returned due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer preference
  • Final Sale items, including collections clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Exception:
Final Sale items may still be returned if they arrive damaged, scratched, unplayable, or defective.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchange, but for defective items only.

  • Exchanges are not available for non-defective items
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Return Shipping

  • For defective items, we cover return shipping or may issue a replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return authorization is required for processing and verification purposes.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees are charged

Refunds

Once a defective item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary
