Shipping Destinations
United States (Domestic Shipping Only)
We ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays
- Processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed
Processing time refers to order preparation and handling before shipment and does not include transit time.

Domestic Shipping Rates (United States)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Economy Shipping
- Free Economy Shipping: Orders $50.00 and up
- Orders under $50.00:
- 0–5 lb: $4.90
- 5–70 lb: $19.90
Standard Shipping
- 0–1 lb: $6.90
- 1–5 lb: $9.90
Express Shipping
- $9.99
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Transit time begins once the order has shipped.
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Weight-Based Shipping
- Shipping rates may be calculated based on package weight
- Product weights are listed on individual product pages where applicable
- All weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier requirements
Tracking Information
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order ships
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active
- Tracking updates are provided by carriers and may experience delays beyond our control
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delivery delays caused by address errors
- Packages marked as delivered by carriers but not received
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate
Resolution may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation.
